Minor works

In force

(1)

The construction of the following structures is an exempt activity—

(a)

fences or freestanding walls;

(b)

temporary seating structures, stages or platforms.

(2)

The construction or carrying out of the following works is an exempt activity—

(a)

works on, over or under an existing roadway or existing rail infrastructure;

(b)

maintenance or repair works or the removal of works associated with an existing high impact activity;

(c)

other minor works associated with an existing high impact activity.
