57 Appointment of Registrar and other officers
(1)
The Board may appoint a Registrar and such other officers as are necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Registrar is responsible for keeping the Register.
(3)
The Board may appoint a person to act as Registrar if the Registrar is unable to perform the duties of his or her office.
(4)
The acting Registrar has all the powers and must perform the duties of the Registrar during his or her period of appointment as acting Registrar.
