33 Board may request information from practising architects
(1)
The Board may request evidence of completion of a CPD requirement prescribed under regulation 27 from a practising architect.
(2)
A practising architect must provide the information requested by the Board under subregulation (1) in the form approved by the Board and within the time requested by the Board.
