18 Possession of prohibited item
During the race period a person must not have in the person's possession a prohibited item in the declared area or a designated access area without the authorisation of the Corporation.
- 20 penalty units.

19 Damaging or defacing infrastructure, buildings, vehicles, equipment etc.
During the race period and within the declared area or a designated access area, a person must not, without the authorisation of the Corporation—
misuse, deface, damage or tamper with any infrastructure, building, seat, chair, table, structure, vehicle, vessel, truck, pipe, tap, tap-fitting, conduit, electrical equipment, wiring or sign; or
attempt to misuse, deface, damage or tamper with any infrastructure, building, seat, chair, table, structure, vehicle, vessel, truck, pipe, tap, tap-fitting, conduit, electrical equipment, wiring or sign.
