Part 4Conduct in declared area or designated access area
30 Excavating
During the race period and within the declared area or a designated access area, a person must not excavate or attempt to excavate or cause to be excavated any part of the declared area or designated access area unless authorised by the Corporation to excavate that area.
- 20 penalty units.
