36 No smoking areas
During the race period, the Corporation may designate any part of the declared area or a designated access area to be a no smoking area.
The Corporation must designate a no smoking area by displaying an acceptable no smoking sign in a manner that ensures that a person is reasonably likely to see one or more no smoking signs—
on entering the area; or
if there is no defined entrance, at reasonable intervals throughout the area.
A person must not smoke in an area designated to be a no smoking area.
