Offence to fail to comply with conditions of accreditation

In force

An accredited bus operator must comply with—

(a)

any condition imposed on the accreditation; and

(b)

any condition to which that accreditation is subject.

Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 240 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 1200 penalty units.
