36A Annual accreditation fee
S. 36A(1) amended by No. 34/2023 s. 127(Sch. 1 item 1.19(a)).
An accredited bus operator must pay to Safe Transport Victoria an annual accreditation fee by the date specified by written notice given to the operator by Safe Transport Victoria.
The date specified in a notice under subsection (1) must not be less than 10 business days after the date the notice is given to the accredited bus operator.

Safe Transport Victoria may suspend or cancel the accreditation of an accredited bus operator if the operator fails to pay an annual accreditation fee by the date specified by Safe Transport Victoria.
