60 Revisions to approved codes of practice
(1)
Subject to section 63, the Minister may—
(a)
approve any revision of the whole, or any part, of an approved code of practice;
(b)
revoke the approval of a code of practice.
(2)
The approval of a revision to an approved code of practice takes effect on the day on which notice the approval of the revision is published in the Government Gazette, or on any later day specified in the notice.
