62 Availability of approved codes of practice
The Minister must cause—
(a)
a current copy of every approved code of practice; and
(b)
a copy of every document applied, incorporated or referred to in an approved code of practice (in the form in which that document has effect in the approved code of practice)—
to be made available for inspection by members of the public without charge at the office of Safe Transport Victoria during normal office hours.
