29 Preparation of climate change strategy
(1)
The Minister must prepare a climate change strategy on or before 31 October 2020.

(2)
The Minister must prepare further climate change strategies on or before 31 October in every fifth year after 31 October 2020 up to and including 31 October 2040.
(3)
A climate change strategy must relate to the period of 5 years starting on 1 January in the year following its preparation.
