Matters for consideration when preparing climate change strategy

In force

In preparing a climate change strategy, the Minister must consider—

(a)

the policy objectives; and

(b)

the guiding principles; and

(c)

any independent expert advice obtained under section 12; and

(d)

any climate science reports; and

(e)

any annual greenhouse gas emissions reports; and

(f)

any written submissions in relation to the strategy under section 32.
