32 Consultation requirements for climate change strategy
Before finalising a climate change strategy, the Minister must publish on the Internet site of the Department—
(a)
a draft of the climate change strategy; and
(b)
a statement that any person may make a written submission to the Minister in relation to the draft strategy; and
(c)
details of how a person may make a written submission; and
(d)
the date by which written submissions must be received by the Minister, being at least 28 days after the draft is published.
