37 Consultation requirements for adaptation action plan
Before finalising an adaptation action plan, the nominated Minister must publish on the Internet site of the relevant Department—
(a)
a draft of the proposed adaptation action plan; and
(b)
a statement that any person may make a written submission to the nominated Minister in relation to the draft plan; and
(c)
details of how a person may make a written submission; and
(d)
the date by which written submissions must be received by the nominated Minister, being at least 28 days after the draft plan is published.
