39 Ministerial directions in relation to adaptation action plans
(1)
The Minister may issue directions for or with respect to the preparation of adaptation action plans.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1) the directions may specify the methodology to be applied to the identification of actions in the preparation of an adaptation action plan and recommend types of information to be used for that plan.
(3)
A nominated Minister must have regard to any directions in preparing an adaptation action plan.
