20 Offence to interfere with or impersonate authorised officers
(1)
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct an authorised officer who is exercising a power under this Act.
- 60 penalty units in the case of a natural person;
300 penalty units in the case of a body corporate.
(2)
A person who is not an authorised officer must not, in any way, hold himself or herself out to be an authorised officer.
- 60 penalty units.
