112 Procedure at meetings
(1)
The Chairperson or, in his or her absence, a member of the Council elected by the members present at a meeting, must preside at a meeting of the Council.
(2)
The person presiding at the meeting must ensure that decisions made at the meeting, including any recommendations, are recorded in writing.
(3)
5 members constitute a quorum of the Council.
(4)
Subject to this section, the Council may otherwise regulate its own procedure.
