113 Annual report
(1)
As soon as practicable each year but not later than 31 October, the Council must submit to the Attorney-General a report—
(a)
of its operations for the year ending on 30 June that year; and
(b)
that includes any prescribed matter.
(2)
The Attorney-General must cause each annual report submitted to him or her under this section to be presented to each House of Parliament within 7 sitting days of that House after receiving it.
