80 Appeal in relation to determination of coroner not to investigate a fire
(1)
If a coroner determines not to investigate a fire, the person who requested the coroner to investigate the fire may appeal against the coroner's determination to the Trial Division of the Supreme Court constituted by a single judge.

Subject to section 86, an appeal under this section must be made within 28 days after the day on which the determination of the coroner is made.
