Registrars of the Coroners Court and the chief executive officer

(1)

For the purposes of this Act and to assist in the administration of the Coroners Court there are to be employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004—

S. 97(1)(a) repealed by No. 1/2014 s. 74(1).

(b)

a principal registrar; and

(c)

as many registrars and deputy registrars as are necessary.

(2)

Any person who for the time being holds the office of registrar or deputy registrar of the Magistrates' Court also holds the office of registrar or deputy registrar (as the case requires) of the Coroners Court.
