54 Publication of the details of an inquest
(1)
Under section 61 of the Act, a registrar must publish a notice of an inquest at least 14 days before the inquest unless a coroner otherwise directs.
(2)
Notice under paragraph (1) must—
(a)
be published in a daily newspaper circulating throughout the State or on the internet; and
(b)
contain the date, time, place and subject of the inquest.
