63 Findings of coroner investigating a death
(1)
Under section 67 of the Act, the finding of a coroner following an inquest into a death must be in Form 37.
(2)
Under section 67 of the Act, the finding of a coroner in respect of a death for which an inquest has not been held must be in Form 38.
