70 Re-opening of an investigation or setting aside a finding
(1)
An application under section 77(1) of the Act for an order that some or all of the findings of a coroner after an investigation should be set aside must be in Form 43.
(2)
An order made by the Coroners Court under section 77 of the Act must be in Form 44.
