Application for registration of brigades

In force

(1)

For the purposes of section 23(1)(b) of the Act, an application to the Authority for registration of a brigade must—

(a)

be in writing; and

(b)

specify the following matters—

(i)

the name and contact details of the person making the application;

(ii)

the proposed name of the brigade;

(iii)

the names and contact details of the persons proposed for enrolment as original members of the brigade.

(2)

In determining whether to approve an application for registration of a brigade, the Authority may consider any matter it considers relevant.
