20 Application for variation of a group of brigades
A group of brigades may be varied in accordance with this regulation.
At a meeting of a group of brigades, the group may resolve to vary the composition of the group.
Following a meeting held under subregulation (2), an application for the variation of the composition of a group of brigades must be made to the Authority in writing by the secretary of the group of brigades.
An application referred to in subregulation (3) must specify the following—
the name of the group of brigades;
the proposed variation;
the reason for the variation;
the date delegates resolved the variation;
the names and brigades of delegates present.
The Authority may approve an application received under subregulation (3).
