22 Rules for groups of brigades
(1)
A group of brigades, with the approval of the Authority, may—
(a)
adopt rules to govern the administration and management of the group; and
(b)
amend rules adopted under paragraph (a).
(2)
A rule adopted or amended under subregulation (1) must not be inconsistent with the Act or these Regulations or any model rules made by the Authority under regulation 23(1)(b).
(3)
The Authority may disallow or amend any rules that have been adopted by a group of brigades under subregulation (1) at any time.
(4)
If a group of brigades has not adopted any rules under subregulation (1), the rules made by the Authority under regulation 23(1)(b) apply to that group.
