69 Appeal Panel
(1)
There is an Appeal Panel that is constituted by—
(a)
2 persons who are nominated by the chairperson of the Authority; and
(b)
one person who is nominated by Volunteer Fire Brigades Victoria Incorporated.
(2)
An officer or employee of the Authority is ineligible to be nominated to the Appeal Panel.
(3)
One of the persons referred to in subregulation (1)(a) is to be the chairperson of the Appeal Panel.
