70 Appeal of determination to take disciplinary action
A member of a brigade may appeal to the Appeal Panel against—
a finding under regulation 68 that the member has engaged in conduct that is a ground for disciplinary action; or
the disciplinary action that is taken against the member under regulation 68.
An appeal under subregulation (1) must be made no later than 28 days after the member receives notice of the determination under regulation 68.
An appeal under subregulation (1) must—
be in the form approved by the chairperson of the Authority; and
set out the reasons for the appeal and the outcome sought by the appellant.
An appeal under subregulation (1) does not affect the operation of the determination under regulation 68 or prevent the taking of disciplinary action under that regulation.
