71 Dismissal of appeal
(1)
The Appeal Panel may dismiss an appeal without a hearing if it is satisfied that the appeal is frivolous or vexatious.
(2)
Within 28 days after dismissing an appeal under subregulation (1), the chairperson of the Appeal Panel must give written notice of the dismissal and the reasons for the dismissal to—
(a)
the appellant; and
(b)
the hearing officer who made the determination that was subject to appeal; and
(c)
the Chief Officer.
