20 Application of Part
(1)
In this Part, a reference to a contract of sale is a reference to—
(a)
a contract of sale of goods or services where the cash price in relation to the sale is not more than $20 000;
(b)
a contract of sale of goods, being a commercial vehicle or farm machinery; or
(c)
a contract of sale—
(i)
of goods, being a commercial vehicle or farm machinery in relation to which the cash price is more than $20 000; and
(ii)
of other goods or services.
(2)
For the purposes of this Part, a reference to a buyer or a person who buys or proposes to buy goods or services does not include a reference to a body corporate.
