28 Disputes
Where there is a dispute arising out of the operation of section 23, 25 or 26, a court may, on the application of a buyer, supplier, credit provider, mortgagee or guarantor, or any other person (being a person claiming an interest in the goods), make an order declaring or adjusting rights or liabilities affected by the operation of that section—
to give effect to, or to enforce, any rights or liabilities consequent upon that operation; or
subject to any such rights or liabilities, to restore the buyer, supplier and credit provider, and any mortgagee, guarantor or person interested in the goods, as nearly as practicable to their respective positions before the contract to which the dispute relates was entered into.
