Aiding a prisoner in escaping

Any person who—

(b)

conveys anything or causes anything to be conveyed into a prison or to a prisoner with intent to facilitate the escape of any prisoner—

shall be guilty of an indictable offence punishable on conviction by level 6 imprisonment (5 years maximum).
