Meaning of related unlawful association notice

In force

For the purposes of this Act, the following notices are all related unlawful association notices in relation to each other—

(a)

an unlawful association notice issued under section 124D(1); and

(b)

each unlawful association notice issued under section 124E in respect of an eligible offender specified in the notice referred to in paragraph (a).
