222 Registers of dangerous goods driver or vehicle licences
(1)
The licensing authority must keep a register of dangerous goods driver licences.
(2)
The licensing authority must keep a register of dangerous goods vehicle licences.
(3)
A register may have separate divisions for different kinds of licences.
(4)
The licensing authority must record each licence issued under these Regulations in the appropriate register.
(5)
The licensing authority must note in the register the revocation, surrender, suspension or amendment of a licence.
