224 Change of information given in licence applications

(1)

This regulation applies if a licensee becomes aware that information given by the licensee to the licensing authority in, or in relation to, an application for the issue or renewal of a licence is or has become incorrect in a material respect.

(2)

Within 14 days after becoming aware of the information referred to in subregulation (1), the licensee must inform the licensing authority about the incorrect information and give the correct information to the licensing authority.

  1. In the case of a natural person, 6 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 30 penalty units.
