231 When revocation, suspension or amendment takes effect
Subject to regulation 232, the revocation, suspension or amendment of a licence by the licensing authority takes effect—
(a)
in the case of a court order referred to in regulation 228, immediately or, if there is a later date specified in the court order, that date; or
(b)
in any other case—
(i)
the day when the licensee is given written notice with reasons by the licensing authority of the revocation, suspension or amendment; or
(ii)
a later day specified in the notice.
