233 Evidence of licence document to be returned on request if licence is amended
(1)
If the licensing authority amends a licence, it must give the licensee an evidence of licence document containing the amended details to replace the former document under regulation 202.
(2)
If asked to do so by the licensing authority, the holder of the licence that has been amended by the licensing authority must return the evidence of licence document to the licensing authority within 14 days after receiving the request in writing.
