90 Consignors
A person must not consign dangerous goods for transport in or on a vehicle if the person knows, or reasonably ought to know, that the vehicle or its equipment does not comply with Chapters 4.4 and 6.10 of the ADG Code.
- In the case of a natural person, 35 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 175 penalty units.
