92 Prime contractors and rail operators
A prime contractor or rail operator must not use a vehicle to transport dangerous goods if the vehicle or its equipment does not comply with Chapters 4.4 and 6.10 of the ADG Code.
- In the case of a natural person, 35 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 175 penalty units.
