89 Owners
The owner of a vehicle must not use the vehicle, or permit it to be used, to transport dangerous goods if the vehicle or its equipment does not comply with Chapters 4.4 and 6.10 of the ADG Code.
- In the case of a natural person, 35 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 175 penalty units.
