Eligibility criteria for appointment of directors

In force

When recommending persons to be directors of Development Victoria, the Minister must ensure as far as is practicable that collectively the directors have skills, experience or knowledge relating to—

(a)

the funding and delivery of infrastructure; and

(b)

property and land development; and

(c)

urban planning; and

(d)

economics and financial management; and

(e)

public administration; and

(f)

corporate governance; and

(g)

housing delivery, supply and affordability; and
