25 Proceedings of the board
Subject to subsection (2), meetings of the board shall be held at such times and places as the board determines.

The chairperson of Development Victoria may at any time convene a meeting but must do so when requested by a director of Development Victoria.

A majority of the directors for the time being of Development Victoria constitute a quorum of the board.

A question arising at a meeting of the board shall be determined by a majority of votes of directors of Development Victoria present and voting on that question and, if voting is equal, the person presiding has a casting, as well as a deliberative, vote.
The board must ensure that minutes are kept of each of its meetings.
Subject to this Act, the board may regulate its own proceedings.
