20 Terms and conditions of appointment

(1)
A director of Development Victoria shall be appointed for such term, not exceeding 5 years, as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for re-appointment.

(2)
A director of Development Victoria holds office, subject to this Act, on such terms and conditions as are determined by the Minister.
(3)
The Governor in Council may at any time remove a director from office.
