234A Amalgamation of industrial organisations

No duty is chargeable under this Chapter on an application for transfer of registration of a motor vehicle to effect a transfer of the vehicle from an industrial organisation to another industrial organisation as a consequence of the amalgamation of two or more industrial organisations.
Subsection (1) applies only if the transfer is made under, or in accordance with, the rules of the transferring industrial organisation.
