3.1.10A Preparation of TAFE network statement of priorities

(1)
The Minister must prepare a statement of priorities that applies to the TAFE network for a calendar year or more than one calendar year.
(2)
In preparing a TAFE network statement of priorities, the Minister must—
(a)
consider the objectives of the TAFE network; and
(b)
ensure that the following are consulted about the proposed TAFE network statement of priorities—
(i)
the board of each TAFE institute;
(ii)
the Vice-Chancellor of each participating dual sector university.
