The Minister may vary a TAFE network statement of priorities at any time.

Before varying a TAFE network statement of priorities, the Minister must ensure that the following are consulted about the proposed variation—

the board of each TAFE institute;

the Vice-Chancellor of each participating dual sector university.

By a date determined by the Minister, the Minister must give a copy of a varied TAFE network statement of priorities to each TAFE network provider.

On receiving a varied TAFE network statement of priorities, the following persons must sign and return the varied statement to the Minister by a date determined by the Minister—

in the case of a TAFE institute, the chairperson of the board of the TAFE institute;

in the case of a participating dual sector university, the Vice-Chancellor of the participating dual sector university.
