3.1.10C Confirmation of TAFE network statement of priorities

(1)
By a date determined by the Minister, the Minister must give a copy of a TAFE network statement of priorities to each TAFE network provider.
(2)
On receiving a TAFE network statement of priorities, the following persons must sign and return the statement to the Minister by a date determined by the Minister—
(a)
in the case of a TAFE institute, the chairperson of the board of the TAFE institute;
(b)
in the case of a participating dual sector university, the Vice-Chancellor of the participating dual sector university.
