7 Prescribed civil penalty amounts—tier 2 civil penalty requirements
For the purposes of section 54E(c), (d), (g) and (h) of the Essential Services Commission Act 2001, the prescribed amount for a contravention of a tier 2 civil penalty requirement is an amount not exceeding 8000 penalty units.
