248 Results of testing of high-voltage electrical installation work
A person who carries out the testing set out in regulation 246(1) or (2) must—
(a)
record the results of the testing in writing; and
(b)
give a copy of those results to the owner of the premises where the testing was carried out; and
(c)
retain a copy of the results for a period of 3 years from the date the testing was carried out.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
