Part 6Duties of the public
606 Protected infrastructure—blasting and fires
A person must not—
(a)
carry out blasting or cause blasting to be done; or
(b)
light, cause to be lit or allow to remain alight any fire; or
(c)
install equipment or operate processes likely to create an explosive atmosphere—
in the vicinity of protected infrastructure in such a manner that the protected infrastructure is likely to be destabilised or damaged or an explosion is likely to occur.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
